Nil Experienced person. Instead of finding snag/fault,(which was raised due to their fault in regular servicing), they are much more interested in replacing the part (e.g; after doing regular servicing, though part could have repaired simply by greasing, Was advised to change the whole cable). Just putting down the Brand's reputation. ud83dudc4e

Very bad experience with coustomer service and after done the payment they are not delivered as per request bike model. I very disappointed for the service and comunication Mr.Sonatha who is finance person... They are very providing poor service.
