The property is conveniently located on the national highway 48 toward Chittorgarh side. Although consider this venue more of a wedding banquet rather than a resort or a hotel. The services are not up to the standards of even a 3star hotel. The greenery inside though is calming to the mind which is why an additional star in the ratings. Usually weddings take place at this venue so avoid during busy wedding period. The restaurant food is worth skipping. Would suggest to eat outside in the city if you must stay at this place. The staff are polite but not professionals. All in all, a tourist place deserves better hotel services which are missing at the Elegance Resort.

Hotel full of rats infestations and hotel only run for marriage purposes only not hotel business so there are huge complains of Maintenance and repair. If anyone really want to run then have proper maintenance and stop infestation of rats and try to have proper services. Try to have proper maintenance ready in 24 x 7 basis and try to provide liquor and none veg food items also..

Hotel full of rats and hotel is based upon Aditya property owner who is busy for party of marriage but no scene and knowledge of hospitality industry..have no proper staff who can run the property..ashok Jain is the owner who is godly person but Aditya is only running the property to destroy the property with huge party and no maintenance or no care taken to run the property...its painful by seeing getting destroyed the whole property with untrained staff..

Away from the hustle and bustle of the societynQuite peaceful services are little slow but not bad rooms were arranged properly but not as good as they show in picture
