Very poor service.....device is not delivered as per the commitmentnWhenever we ask them they mention that there SAP system is not working from last 4 daysnStill we are waitingnAnd payment is already done

This Sony Service Center Nitesh Enterprises has supported me for providing replacement product of my damaged headphone. It took less than a week to process and provided me on a short span of time. Product was not available in regional office so Nitesh Enterprises brought it from Sony New Delhi Office on a personal note. Staff is quite polite and professional.
