Good construction and bad layoutnnGood construction, excellent layout of the flats, market nearby.nnSqueezed open area, lack some basic amenities. Very high loading.nnWith 70% occupancy will be suffocating to stay.

Trident Embassy has used poor quality material to build this society. Even the Flooring is not levelled. It look like some unprofessional have build this society.Some tiles are above the floor level,some are below level.Basement is under maintenance.If you check the material you will find it cheap quality. not a single material is premium.Ordinary cup boards and Ordinary sanitary.nnOne of my friend has booked a Ready to Move Flat 5 month back he has not still got the possession although he had clear all the payment including possession in February. Every time he called they make excuse relating to lock-down but actually they have to deliver before that.They don't have Sliding doors, no carpenter around and small amount of labour. They have vendor issue for sliding door. Trident is unable to deliver Flat . Don't go to Ready to Move caption it is all delusion.nnOnce payment is clear they don't listen. My friend is calling every day and Creating ticket on their portal no reply.

Recently visitrd the project for a prospective buying of a flat. Though the construction quality looked good but the amenities were not ready as the glass was open with equipments lying on the floor. Gave an impression that up keep was noy being done properly and as a project enenity it will take a long time to bring it to a finished stage. Flats were decent in size and layout with the kitchen design L shaped but spacious. Could not judge the construction quality as the project was brand new although I have heard that basement of podium based project (which trident is) has some seepage problem which i came of see in one of the reviews. Will like to see for myself to verify that. Sice other society towera have not started on the left of the property the ventilation was something that really caught my eye. They are also offering fiber to home which was good to know.

Better than many other projects nearby. Flat layouts are safer and more spacious than you can find anywhere else. Maintenance team is also good. Surrounding area has good shops, market and schools.nnCleanliness is a concern in the society. Only two small lifts for 25 floors and 150 units. Some other areas also there where improvement is required.

Trident Embassy is a residential group housing project with the options of 2/3/4 BHK apartments and Society Shops. It's a beautiful society to Live in today as this is already a completed project. If you are searching for an immediate Ready to move in project, have a site visit of this project also. This is located at Sector 1 of Greater Noida West also known as Noida Extension.
