They follow unethical business practices. Demanding 9500 handling charges for new car. Dealers are not supposed to take any amount for handling charges. Companies always declare ex showroom prices. So no handling charges should be added in bill when customer takes delivery from showroom.

Worst..Worst...Worst...I want any one who so ever has got their bill less then 10K from this service center.nI have given my car for service for couple of times and got very high amount then expected, But you had to aggree what ever they say, because you cannot be there every time in service center.nAlignment & Balancing chanrge is 1600 INRnI think custom duty & fright charges are added for Boulogne-Billancourt, (Paris) for 4wheels of my kwid...

Staff not supportive finally sale a own car under 6month. Please don't purchase renault sector -2 noida branch. this company third class service I am suggest anyone please don't purchase renault car any segment.

Its the worst staff i have seen. I have dealt with quite a few car dealerships. They are by far the worst. They want to CHEAT. They will ruin your car. Most irresponsible staff i have come across. DON’T GO THERE. I GOT MY KWID TODAY AND MY CAR IS STILL SCRATCHED I COULD NOT SEE IT AS THEY WERE PARKING CAR IN SUCH A MANNER THAT YOU WILL NOT SEE IT.
