Awesome Car buying experience here with Mr. Dev, even after delivering the car he always their a call away for any kinda query or consultation about car. He has been a great help to do car buying seamless. From car test Drive to Delivering it on committed date he did his job very well. Very professional staff with good customer handling and treatment. Brought my skoda rapid car for repairs and got very prompt attention. Prabhjot, Nitin, Sheela (forgot other persons name) were very helpful and fixed my car's open issues in an hour. I had also brought my family since we had to go somewhere and they got decent attention. Kids had a great time with the in store experience screen and the juice / cold drink that they offered as refreshment.

The brand was a dying breed in India, does make absolutely amazing cars, went there to actually book the Vrs245, but the sales people were so off and moody, didnt want to spend a dime in there. The Skoda horror stories are actually true.

If anyone thought Skoda is bad in their after sales service, you must ask your friends in noida who own a Skoda about Brite. They have brought the convenience and professionalism that a high end car owner gets from their workshop.nThis isn’t a paid appreciation. I own a Volvo and and an octavia and the service Brite provides is no less than what I get from Volvo.
