Highly dissatisfied, with customer care and, the agent took 50 minutes for valuations , clicked all the pictures and all document pics as well and mentioned valuation will get the valuation by evening same day. He will submit the report instantly . Form Sunday evening till now today Tuesday I have not received any single call upon valuation. No Update is given on bidding . They are just wasting time. Dont have any tie ups for selling the cars. today on Tuesday CC mentioned after 5 day if bidding is not happening then we will again come for Valuation. ( Wastage Of Time )nnI am going to File Police complaint since they took pictures of car and all documents . I don't want any risk factor.

I would not recommend car Dekho.nThey have not got the transfer done for car RC even after 18 months of selling my car. Highly unprofessional.nnI have already contacted you few times but no resolution.

Unprofessional , booked appointment to get evaluation done and got reminder calls atleast 5 times to reach the store on time .. Once i reached the store , they tell me system is not working .. I travalled 44 kms on a working day for this ....
