NEXA (RadhaGovind Wheels, Meerut, Garh Road)

The expectation from a nexa dealership is yet to match their their infrastructure. Some of the staff are good, but others need to wake up too.

Pathetic experience with the delaership. Several points all show as a failure to provide service or product.nBrand new car has scratches.nTook 4 hours to give the car.nBasic kit was provided at the time of delivery with partial accessories.nExshowroom shown was incl of extended warranty and the dealership had no idea for the same . Argued for 2 weeks and then provided.nDocuments uploaded and shared with RTO in 20 days and then blames RTO for lateness.nStill now accessories part of package sold with car not available. Followed up 10 times for it still in vain.nAfter 25 days asking for a hard copy of passport size photo when it was already given the very first day.

They need to improve their customer relations and hospitality standards urgently. Their management won't recognize you once you have paid full amount and visit them afterwards....I am writing this review after 1 year's self experience with them.

Inadvertently I reached yr Showroom for Vitara Brezza Lxi. Yr personnel namey IMRAN not only confirmed about the same from ARENA showroom but also showed me S CROSS second petrol Variant. Saying truely I saw many types of cars of different makes but this is the only vehicle that at the first sight matched fully with my dream Car. Perhaps it was so because yr showroom has placed the vehicles in a very systematic manner and yr personnel also explained everything in a very impressive manner. However the vehicle will remain my dream for it is beyond the reach of my pocket but yr showroom & behaviour of yr personnel will also remain fresh in my memories. JOHN DAVID
