No cooperation from staff. Dirty rooms. Dirty bed. No shower. A lot of stairs to climb and nobody cared to help.nAsked for a bedsheet, didn't get it.nWorst experience. Far better options nearby.
Good service. Lake view. Helpful staff. Decent rooms. Family suite had heater, kettle, flask, tea, gyser, etc. Good for winters.

Worst experience !nThe rooms are very small and dirty unlike the pics on booking sites.nWashrooms are dirty and smelly.nAnd worst thing:nThere is a bike rental shop 'Darpan bikes' just below the hotel. and the people of the bike shop were commenting very inappropriate on the guests(mostly on girls). when i complaint this matter with the hotel staff, they did nothing. Surprisingly the creepy guys were from hotel only since i saw them in the hotel 2-3 times.
Amazing place to see the lake view of Nainital. I was wonderful for meud83dudc4d.
