If you’re a nature lover, this place is it. It’s quiet, has a fabulous view of the lake and is surrounded by lush green. I stayed in the ex executive room for 2 days, it was spacious, lake facing and was provided an amazing blanket , water and a towel. The staff was very helpful and well behaved. It’s by no means a 5 star hotel, you’ll have climb a steep road to reach if you’re coming from mall road( behind the church) and have to walk a dozen stairs if you have to come via can drop.nOverall great experience, if you don’t have any leg/ back issues climb over and enjoy this place!

The most affordable place to stay in nainital with the lake view. The location is at Birla road but there is a walking lane to reach mall road. Family, couples and solo travellers can easily trust the hotel. Rooms are spacious and the best is staff is so cordial. Would love to stay again in my next trip.

First thing first hotel is around 500m from mall road not 200m which the staff claim. Also the 500m walk is an incline road. So if you are fit and healthy it will be helpful for you. Now lets come to the hotel, it's a budget hotel which is good for spending night there as it's more of like dharamshala. Apart from geyser for hot water, and one led you won't find anything there. The landline is also just a showpiece. Also do remember to take some snacks with you as there's no nearby shop. Two things which I liked the most is the view and staff of the hotel. Staff is very helpful, but you will only get good view if you book standard, deluxe or family room. I will suggest to book deluxe room as the quality of standard room is below par. Last thing which one should consider is to book the room in advance as you will find a lot of difference in the price.

Good hotel, Staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Room and washroom were good and Bedsheet was clean. You just have to go little upward from roadside to reach the hotel. View was awesome from the balcony. Prices are reasonable.

Behaviour of hotel staffs is very good.. the hotel is very clean.. ambience of hotel is very nice.. view of Naina lake from its rooms and balcony is just awesome...
