Excellent hotel to stay in with family. Spacious and hygienic rooms with excellent view of naini lake. Clean and modern bathrooms. Very helpful and supportive staff. All facilities available including parking. Pickup and drop facility to mall road available.
worst service, I didn`t experienced before. I booked 4 rooms for 2 nights for family group but we have to check out in 1 day.nbad.......service..nno water in bathrooms, dirty towels and bed sheets, no shampoo and body wash.

Strictly OK and just acceptable! Worth the low price that it incurs, but lacks some basic facilities which are vital for a Cold place like Nainital - No room heaters, hot water only at 7 am, No electric kettle. These are required if you are planning to visit in winter. Besides, the hotel room had a beautiful lake view from a height and a nice little balcony to sit out for a hot coffee!! There's a 300m long uphill ramp to reach the hotel, but the reception provides free cab service to travel it anytime, which is great!
