Room size are very small and overpriced for lake view rooms. Comfortable for two people only. Its overpriced during off season, no idea about room prices during full fledged season.nnHas good lake view from open balcony. Staff service is good and behaviour is polite. Inside room is wooden furnished, neat and clean with geyser in washroom.nnThe room price includes next day morning breakfast, and that's best quality and quantity of food in morning. Still price is little higher during off seasons.nnSo rating 4ud83dudcab out of 5... Happy staying! ud83dude0a

Rooms were compact which was expectable.nStaff was also OKAY.nLocation is good.nHospitality was missing from some of the staff members specially receptionist.nCleanliness was completely missing from the place. Rooms were not much cleaned.nWater filter kept in dinning area which was common for all the guests, was so uncleaned and base of water storage was having green fungus.nThis kind of hygiene issues should not happen in a hotel.

We had Nainital trip for 2 days, March 27-29, it was a great experience, the staff were very nice, we loved the food. Raju Thakur ji was very informative and always there to guide you.nnWhenever we come back, Hotel Shivraj is the first choice .. Thank you for your service.
