You will get the best price for you car. The car inspection will take around 1 to 2hrs. They will explain you all the parameters on which the car is evaluated. Every issues of the car will be identified and mentioned in the report. The sale process was really good and you will get proper notifications for each step from inspection till RC transfer.nOne negative experience was they didn't inform me about the service charges and was informed when I was given the invoice.nSo make sure you ask about this before finalising the deal so that you don't get a surprise in the last minute.

Very disappointing and horrible service ever. Lack of professional staff with no knowledge. It took a month to sell my vechile. Cars24 took 20 days to make 2nd payment. Then I was asked to go more than 10 times to my Bank during this Covid pandemic. They took Authorization letter but no use. Everyday more than 50 calls with no reply. Office here in Trivandrum is useless. Nobody is going to help you.nnCars24 is a reputed company but Trivandrum office and Ernakulam office is horrible. The amount of headache and pain which my parents and I have went through is tremendous. Will never suggest this to anyone.
