Pathetic will be an Understatement for the kind of service they offer. I was receiving continuous calls from these guys to give my Tiago for Service. Partially because of the repeated calls and partially to see how the new dealer is, I gave my car for service there. Today we completed 3 weeks since we gave the car for some minor body works. They don’t generally attend the calls if we make one or even of they attend, will tell that the work is almost over but till now I haven’t received my car back. This dealer is very far from my place and only because they agreed for home pickup and delivery, i gave my car ti them. Now I regret opting for them instead of Trivandrum motors who were giving an excellent service so far for the past 3.5 years

Had the best experience I could have asked for, got my nexon with a lil more than expected waiting time. But the dealer team was exceptional in their followup and delivery. Totally satisfied as a customer.nThank you.

I have booked Tata nexon diesel.. such a worst Tata dealership in this country.. no response no follow up no customer care.. they need only booking.. it's bad experience from them.. totally tough to reach them.. before booking they will give big offers.. but after booking we need call to them for any updates...

Took my booking for TATA NEXON after giving good offers and delivery in 13 days. After this no update from them. On follow up they are saying they cannot give the vehicle on time and I have to wait till 14 th day whether I will get the vehicle. I agreed and theyn they are saying they are not able to deliver and are not sure on which day they can deliver the car so I asked for full refund of my booking amount ,and raised cancellation . They promised 7 day refund and it's been 18 days and I haven't received the money (11000Rs ) they took for booking. Now the CRM won't attend the call as well.lets see what TATA MOTORS CAN do about this kind of service from their dealers.

Great experience only till you do the booking.nEven though you do every single process as they say, they will find excuses to say the delayed delivery is not there fault.nEspecially if you are exchanging a car it's not going to be a good experience
