We had an issues with our car on the go with our AC. The problem was not resolved and after wasting a lot of time we had to call it off as they had no clue what they where doing. But another technician from another service center figured out what the problem exactly was and what is the remedy.nnSeems like these people were experiencing this problem for the very first time..nnTo cut short,it was a time waste for us to visit this service centre from morning 10 till 12.00 pm.nnIt was clearly visible that they were not keeping the log records of vehicles properly. We had checked the todays appointment board, which every showroom maintains upto date. To our surprise we saw all data's were that of weeks back. I know we had nothing to do with the appointments board of a service centre, but being a car enthu it at first showed me that there was no proper attention given. How will a person find outs who had been handling a vehicle inside the showroom easily. May be the showroom will say that they have the job card separately for this. Then why the god thing ,there should be board like this which is visible to every guest visiting the service centre.nnI never had a clue who was the technician attended my complaint. Starting from the beginning...till date...i will give a 5star rating to the dedicated team...nnSales and service...fantastic...nnBeing a construction professional i have to use my duster in a very rugged manner...absolutely happy with my duster...and no matter how bad i handle my vehicle and bring to the service centre in the most shabiest condition...i get a very clean and trouble free vehicle after the service...that too at a very affordable service cost...nnThe dedicated service team rectify it to my satisfaction...and i am absolutely happy with them...nnThanks to the team....

I had serviced my vehicle from Renault Trivandrum. I absolutely love the way two people who had serviced my vehicle. Sarath and Sreekuttan, who took extra care and attention ,hats off to you guys. I have been servicing my vehicle for the past 6 years and he is only person who i found to trust my car with. If you want to get your vehicle serviced , go to Sarath ,he is your go to guy. Sreekuttan too, helped me and gave me advice on how the car can be kept in a much better way. I think Sarath deserves a very good promotion.
