Our kwid amt needed an emergency roadside assistance as we parked the car with the park light on through one whole night and a day.It was sunday , there wasn't any hope. Whats worse was that we badly needed the car for certain pressing appointments on monday . When contacted Nizam a Renault man whom I knew shared no. of service manager Benzy who instantly arranged Road side assistance . In a few seconds I received a call from the Tollfree assistance and then from TVS service team . A very smart and efficient guy arrived at the spot. The whole thing took only one hour. I am more than Impressed and feel immensely grateful to Team Renault.

Well maintained and friendly staff...Treats you like a guest while your four wheeler is getting serviced...nnHowever service of the vehicles(Important) has to be improved...

Wonderful service by the team led by the able Bency Oommen. When my Dustet was down with battery problem Bency sent his technician with service battery and later on changed with the new battery. Hope all dealers emulate such efficient service to the customers.nA timely help when in need shows how good a person is. No amount of words can express my gratitudenThank you Bency TVS and Exide.
