Had a real hard time selling car with Cars 24, Bilaspur. The inspection and report making was smooth. Got a price, finalised the deal. When the executive came to my place for vehicle pickup, they should have ideally done a re-inspection at my place according to the set procedure, but because they had arrived 2 hours late than the set time, they did follow the procedure. After the pickup, I received a call from the executive that the vehicle isn’t exactly the same as the report said and they have to cancel the deal. They again brought back the car to me. I had to face problems for their negligence of not following procedure. However, they were successful in offering me another deal on the next day. And the car was sold. Payment procedure and execution was absolutely smooth. Overall, big thumbs up to Cars 24, but not so much to their branch in Bilaspur.
