Mine is 1st service. I do under body coating for my tiago bs6 model. And also for the interior sanitizing they cost about 350 rs and its a must thing , due to the covid -19 situations. And for my under body coating +sanitizing. 2499 rs

Gave my Tiago for service. It was the first free service at 15000km. I had asked to change the AC filter for which the service advisor suggested to go for 3M ac cleaning solution instead and I did. I was initially happy that I got the car serviced at Rs.800. After I get home I see that the AC had started leaking water on the passenger side. I contacted them the next day. They asked me to bring in the car, I did and after inspection they said it's not their fault it's the cooling coils problem which has occurred due to the weather (monsoon in Kerala). I was reluctant and left the place. Now am typing this review sitting at NCS Tata, Cherthala. Pretty happy with their service.nOh..and while topping up the battery fluid they spilled it all over the battery stand. This I noticed on the 4th day and the stand had started to corrode. Thankfully I saw it before too late and got it cleaned. Have to get it painted so that it doesn't rust away. I have posted the pic in the photos section.nI really hope the Tata service advisory group pays attention to these reviews.
