My experience is very nice with sarathy. The executive was very nice and was able to explain well about the features. Most importantly he never gave any false promises like others do. They delivered the vehicle on time and their payment and documentation works were good. Also if you have a exchange vehicle they will offer you a better price.

An excellent Nexa showroom at Kollam with very pleasant showroom staff and CR. As one enters, the feel of positive energy engulfs and set the scene for conducting meaningful business....All my queries and doubts were well answered and requisite docs handed over, in an envelope..rarely seen in other showrooms! I am satisfied with their attitude and thx for Sarathy Nexa Team and their Team Leader...Jai Hind....

I went there with a lot of expectations though it was my first car.The treatment from their part was quite decent till the payment. They showed me a different face after the payment. They have also cheated with the accessories they have offered.These people are crooked.nBeware...nThink many times before getting in touch with this showroom.nThis showroom is not at all recommend.nThe delivery process was pathetic.nThey didn't give me any flower or chocolate which are usually given on Nexa vehicle deliveries.nDelivery of my cycle from cycle shop was much better.
