I have done 5 services with Indus kollam, including my 4th and 5th services at Sarathy Jn, Chandanathope, Kottamkara, Kerala 691004. Guys make sure you are available there while they service your vehicle. Even if you blink your eyes, they will cheat you and please double check the bill and ask for clarification even if its one rupee. Two times they haven’t done wheel balancing and billed for that. Last time they kept the same air filter which was there in the car and billed for new and as if like they changed it. They also billed the labour charge for EGR valve cleaning and never done. I took my car for service this time with a different service centre and they told, that value was never removed for cleaning as they can know if it opened before. So please be available and double check the bill and recollect everything if they have done/change it before making the payment....!!!!nnAgain, service is good, who ever do it correctly. but here they have to do it and earn money....!!!
