Went there for checking new jazz. The sales representative guys were courteous, and happy to help. They even took extra time in explaining about the details.nThese are just impressions during the visit to check new Jazz. I have no idea about the service quality or ability of the dealership to realise the promises made . (Special mention, Mr Murugesan, sales representative is good at what he does, polite and ready to help)
Good place
Purchased a vehicle from here a month ago , nothing exceptional in terms of customer care/service. Staff here unfortunately lack professionalism and are quite arrogant which is something that needs to be looked into , well that is if they want to improve if at all. To simply put , if you ask me whether I would purchase a vehicle from here the answer would be , I would buy a honda product but definitely not from this dealership, as my experience wasn't very delightful.
Nice...., I've visited here today (19/11/2020) and have had a great experience., Since it have both the sales and service at the same place we can get more resources at the same place which indeed saves more time. I'm really happy
