Called up and got a prompt response for laptop dispatch. Visited the place and ( must be college going guys doing part time )they packed the whole thing well and neatly. Delivered the parcel safely and on time. Blue dart denied taking up laptop but DTDC accepted it.nLoved their handling and they took some time as they kept receiving calls and patiently answering queries. Good work and thanks.

Very very very worst courier service is dtdc. They dont have resposnsibility. Very bad service. Rajahmundry and kakinada branches are very worst. Mainly ramesh from kakinada is very irresponsible person. And main office also rajhamundry. I personally experienced how they troubled

Worst ever courier service... they don't even respond to the calls... they wont give any update regarding our courier.. Among all of them this rajamundry branch is even more worse..

If there is any word other than Worst in the most disgusting way it can be given to this Courier Service of Rajamundary Branch which is Rajamundary Super Franchise.nWhat is this recklessness? I have been calling since 30 hours nd no one's picking up the call even though the calls are being processed. The phone number is sometimes busy and as soon as u call they won't lift the call.n@DTDC main branch and the authorities of this Company please take an action on this Rajamundary Super Franchise branch as they very irresponsible and are serving as a worst, I would say THE WORST of services.nFirst teach them to respond to the customer calls and solve their issues.nNo work ethics, no responsibility on customers calls.nBelow are the screenshot of number of times I called.n@DTDC service India please take an action on this
