This is the worst place to have a chocolate milkshake. The service is very deplorable and the staff is also not clear on the rates. The attitude of the lady at the counter is very irritating. She is not at all interested in serving any customer.

2 stars is just for the Taste of the food..Had Chicken Croissants,Chicken Roll,Chocolate truffle cake,Choco Nuts Cake...they were good..not yummy or worth..but just good..Y 2 stars? Just bcos of the attitude of the lady..They are not even interested in giving orders or explaining to us wat are the items as there are a 10-12 items there...Bad Attitude...Just a washbasin..and that too if we go to wash out hands we will feel that the washbasin needs to be washed first..untidy..No Ac or fan...Very Badly Maintained ..donnow y the whole shoppong mall is a garbage now...Owners motive is to reduce the Current bill i guess..But doing that will only make the present customers say bye bye and never visit again to this horrible mall...

Had oreo shake and juice . Was Okey.... But lot of cockroach crawling through the snack... I complained to the lady counter but no reply or apology

Overpriced really absolutely overpriced. The place has torn seats. The AC is for namesake. There's no finishing to the shakes. I ordered a KitKat shake for Rs. 100 and it was terrible for that price point. 2 stars as it's the only bakery worth visiting in this horrible mall
