Showroom looks good. People are really awesome. Only thing we should consider is that you you cannot expect on time delivery of your new car. Sales representative is not much interactive once you booked the car. Each and every time we have to follow up with them and they will not respond us properly. Tell us reasons like in client meeting sir/madam I'll call you back.nnTata motors has to concentrate on this part and make sure their representatives are responsible even after booking.

Since you respond for my rating, after 2 years , let me tell you my experience with Tata even though I Own a Maruti Suzuki Vehicle. Two years back I bring my brother in law's Vehicle Nexon to wayanad, it was a brand new Vehicle. After reaching home on the next day morning I noticed some oil leakage, I called Tata motors help line they arranged a flat towing from Mananthavady, And took the Vehicle to near by Tata work shop , There was a crack in the block next to Turbo side, I thought Tata would be giving a half engine, but Tata offered a full engine replacement.and I believe they delivered the Vehicle back in a week,
This is the worst service center ever. They haven't serviced my vehicle even after 3 months and they act rude if you ask about it. They collected my money and not refunded that also. I have already mailed to [email protected]. I will update the response and further action when it's availablennEdit: It's more than 2 days since I mailed. Nobody called
Left my Karnataka registered vehicle for first free service, also had a few scratches to cover up with insurance claim. All went really well and within the speculated time. Representatives Adharsh and Sonu (Who where incharge) were really easy to interact with. Hope this experience continues.
