Charges are high. Staff response is not up to the mark. Poor customer interaction. Staff should change their attitude.

Very unsupportive staff. Mentioned clearly, multiple times, that I wanted to send a fax but the lady at the counter pretended like she couldn't hear me/gave loose answers to my questions. In the end, they prepared a complete mail shipment, which would cost way more than a fax. I can only imagine they did this for money. Would not recommend, unless you're ready to risk being cheated of your money.
