Passport Seva Kendra Kannur

I had very bad experience. I went for passport renewal (during lock down). Everything was fine except for one thing, the guy who was there asked me to pay 550 for passport cover. I told I have money then he told me to go home get money and come back. Finally without any choice I paid Rs 550 in return they didn't give me any receipt for that. I don't know without having Passport cover can't we board flights to (at least during lock down please don't do this people are suffering no money no job and you Kannur passport office people are doing) . After 1 week I got my passport without any of the cover.

Highly professional employees with very friendly attitude and they are good at heart. This is what we need from Govt. Employees. The perfect govt office with zero head weight employees.

This is an important thing you should be aware of that when you go there they will ask ₹500 just for a passort cover, if it is necessary for you then pay or else tell them you dont want it. Or otherwise you will think it is compulsory and pay without thinking twice and there will be no receipt for that payment.nAnd you can't contact them because their number doesn't even exist

Top notch service even after 10 years. Went there for renewal after 10 years. Service is excellent even after 10 years. Kudos to team for maintaining high quality service for such a long time.
