Poor Customer Handling experience encountered while dealing into HSRP number plate installation. Nobody wants to take ownership of explaining to customer on process and who will install. Was asked to coordinate with guard who mentioned to get the number plate installed from outside. Floor manager -Vikas when involved offered no resolution but told I was free to escalate but didn't offered to HELP OR explain the process. Poor experience that too the Vehicle was purchased from same dealer.
