Sweet words and no action. Never pay any advance to these people. They committed a car in 2 weeks that is readily available with other dealers, but even after taking 60k advance, never delivered the car. I am chasing them to get my money back after 3 weeks. Also, this showroom has shifted to Africa Avenue (Safdarjung Enclave)

A very sad experience at one of the best showroom brand of New Delhi. I will never recommend anybody to this showroom. Staff at this showroom starts their conversation with lies and incorrect information to the customers and when gets confronted, they accepts their fault. In the end, do not expect any of your problems to get resolved with this showroom, they will only get compounded. I am giving them one star only because their feedback system does not allow to submit the feedback without any stars, otherwise they do not deserve even this.

The staff is awesome. Bought mu Baleno from this showroom. From the booking to the delivery went seamlessly. The only drawback is the lack of parking space if you visit by a car.

Very unprofessional behaviour, I got my insurance done on 15 sept till today I have not received my policy. Very rude people, they don't even know how to talk properly. There is this girl Surita in insurance deptt doesn't even know how to talk to customers properly and her tone changed at the time of delivery of the policy. Never go to this showroom
