I have purchased car ud83dude97 from Truebil. With lots of unseen problems
I have had a good experience with Truebil in terms of Product presentation, staff cooperation, test drive , on time delivery and support with the insurance.nThis thing fails when essential documents arent provided at the right time.nI bought my car in Aug 2019 and we're nearing an year's completion with no whereabouts of the RC which I was supposed to get ..It has been a real pain trying to send messages to the support team which provide you with no affirming solutions....nnReally appalled by this kind of post sale services ..
Only 1 star for the car purchase from truebil very poor after sales service i am call for RC again again and again no response from them also after one month car have some issues
The staff was very polite and attentive. I would recommend this place for people going to buy used premium and mid range vehicles. The variety of cars available is ample and the location is easy to access.
