I decided to buy a car from cars 24 and I booked it with ₹10,000 for 48 hours. After that I visited their office in Vasant Kunj where I met my salesperson Dharmender ji who told me to pay 15,000 as car holding amount. And the 10,000 paid earlier will be refunded which was done. But then due to financing issues, the car was cancelled, last to last Friday and today it’s Saturday. As per their policy refund is provided within 2 days after cancellation. From last to last Friday till today I am waiting. I called Dharmender ji and told him that there is an emergency and I need my refund. He promised to check and said that he will try. I called again and he didn’t pick up. The next time I called he started abusing and used foul language. He also told me to not call and trouble him. I called back again so he said rudely that Insulting me that I am not able to understand his words. He used harsh and uncivil language and hanged up. I asked for his manager’s number and the number he gave was not of the manager. I called him and the person said that he is working for only one day and he does not know anything about all this and started questioning me as to who gave me his number. He said he cannot help and I should call Dharmender only and said don’t tell me all this and I don’t want to know etc etc. He gave me the number of Sukhvinder ji and Dharmender ji was also on conference and he started lying that he did not say anything like that and started crying. Sukhwinder ji apologised to me and spoke to him also but till date I have not received my refund. Still they are asking for time. Banks are open and they will happily take booking and payments from people but they are not ready to refund back. Still waiting for my refund. Want strict action against Dharmender ji. Really bad experience and useless staff. Won’t recommend to anyone.

Worked with Rashid, he helped getting my Honda city. It is a great car. Rashid is too professional, also guided me to get the RC in 10 business days, that was a great learning for me. Will update.

Do not trust these guys. Once they get their commission they will not even respond to your calls. I have sold my car through them 03 months back and the RC is not yet transferred. They don't pick up the calls. Even when they pick up, full of lies. No ethics in their business dealings. What matters to them is just their commission.
