One on the worst service center in India. I've been there thrice and every time visited there for my car service, my experience gone worse. I've recently bought Tata Tiago from them and got bad reviews about from some of my friends but now experienced it my self. Recently, I have been their to get Left ORVM checked for my Tata Tiago which was not working properly. After taking 3 hours, they came back to me saying your car warranty has been lapsed they found some black tape inside the wiring. As per them, I got my car repaired from some where else which I never did in the past. My car is brand new and just completed ten months. I had a complain with my car in the past nor I ever got my car repaired. Post I paid some money, they asked for survey and insisted me to fill top ratings. After I finalized my bill and leaving the showroom, I found some of Dashboard fitting laying under my seat which was not even installed by them. When I complained, they shouted at technician's and said sorry to me. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE WITH SWAN MOTORS SERVICE CENTER. WITH THEIR WORST AFTER SALE SERVICE, THEY ARE RUINING THE NAME OF BIG BRAND LIKE TATA.
