Very polite and experienced staff. Service is very good. Keep it up

It was not at all satisfactory experience. The service advisor was told to check a loose diesel pipe and fix or replace as required but nothing was done. While coming back home after service the diesel pipe went leaking just after 30 Km drive. Upon calling Saluja ford Mandi, there was no support. Finally I had to look for a local mechanic to fix the pipe and pay him. This type of unprofessional approach is not at all expected from a Ford dealership which is in business for years. As a customer I felt cheated. Now this has prompted me to rethink my plan to buy a Ford car again. I hope management at Saluja Ford Mandi takes a note and take some actions to reinstate the trust which I have lost for the moment.
