If i can rate it as 0 i will give to them .Very bad customer relationship ,They even dont know about how to treat a customer , No proper update about vehicle , even manager also dont know how to handle a customer and deliver the product , please dont waste your time. Becouse irresponsible response we are changed our mind and seeking for better option

Had a vehicle delivery, Not satisfied with the customer service and delivery.nService : No value for customers, no proper follow ups or solution for customer raised queries. The same applies to the team coordinating from KVR Kannur.nCaution: Only after vehicle delivery is confirmed proceed for loan processing, Also be sure about the delivery time linesnDelivery:nThe delivered car was not clean inside, exterior was just ok. No pro-activeness by the team to demonstrate the new car to the customer during delivery.nBuying a car is sometimes a customer dream or goal, it has to be celebrated. There was no celebration just a normal handover
