Customer lounge TV not working. I missed climax of a movie.nGuys please please please do bring your own remote as they do not have one.nOne of the best place to have free tea (except your own house obvi.)

Our new vehicle glow box lock was not functioning well. During the first service we mentioned the same. They told that it is fixed but even before reaching back home the lock failed again.

I should say, i had a very disappointing service here, We had a Nexon delivery yesterday and leave alone it took them 4 months for delivery, the car reached the showroom a week ago, and they told us we can collect the car on 30th of March, and we rescheduled it for 31st so that they don't rush and the delivery would be fast. Also we checked with them for the time and they told we can collect the car at 11, and so we reached the showroom exactly at 11, they asked us to wait in the lounge and we waited there till 11:45pm, and then they called us out to brief about the insurance and policies, and the time was around 12:15 and still the car was not ready yet, and by 12:30 they bought the car washed but water stains all around and we had to ask them again to wash that. Also the supporting staff asked the mechanics who stood by for the delivery to give us a demo inside the car, and two of them were reluctant to do it saying they had some other work, and the next one agreed with contempt and it was such a horrible experience to see someone doing that provided we are the customers and my wife is a TCS employee.nAlso to avail the TCS employee benefit, we had to ask them multiple time to avail the offer she had as an employee in TATA but to nothing, there was no reduction they provided (TCS employees are to get Rs.5000 off for Nexon cars). I should this was such a bad behavior from the staff. They might be very busy with lot of customers but we are paying for it and they are suppose to provide the services we deserve.

I went for regular service. It was good. They didn't rip me off.(it was cheap)

Good responce and hospitality. While delivering a vehicle the free gift handed is to be enhanced to a better quality. Free fuel also should be at least 10 lts.
