Tata Motors Cars Showroom - KVR Dream Vehicles, Alampady

I went there for my nexon's first service,nAfter washing I saw a lot of scratches on the bonet and all over body. When I check the washing section they are using normal banyan cloth for wiping and doing it carelessly. I would say used kitchen towels might be cleaner than their wiping cloth. I saw polish remaining all over the dash board. Once I asked the quality personal to check my vehicle he took it to the washing section again then I saw they start rubbing vehicle with old cloths ud83eudd10. I asked them to stop and left the service center. Worst experience. Not recommended.

Very worst service. They will loot the customer money and very bad behaviour. Don't buy car fron KVR if u want to save your money and time. I am writing this review from my own personal experience. Very bad dealer I ever seen in my life.
