Utlimate terrible experience with these people. The lady whose contact number is mentioned here humuliated my parents when an online product i order in amazon reached adimali. They tried to call once product reached and my parent immediately called them back. The lady on the call behaved very rudely and uttered all bad words to my aged mom stating that that lady tried to reach out, but we didnt pickup, hence he have thrown my product to dump, if we need, go and take it from there!!nnI just contacted the lady enquiring the issue, she started shouting utter foul words on my fathers name and disconnected the call twice. When i called back and shouted back for insulting my aged parent, that lady **h didnt utter anything back to me, recorded the call and filed police complaint against my parents (since delivery address was named my mom's name) when i told her i will file a case against the company for not delivering the product and insulting my aged parent.nnAlso, amazon clearly have stated they do delivery until the doorstep. I even contacted amazon helpdesk. This is purely this lady's negligence. If you want to get a product delivered online, please please donot go for dtdc adimali franchisee. This lady and his son is very crooked and will screw you up. She shows her personal frustrations on customers.nnMy product is not delivered and i lost the money. This **lady should understand that we are not beggers and we paid for both the product and for the delivery services.

Terrible!!nI am fed upud83dude16ud83dude16.nMy courier from Amazon reached at their office 6 days ago. But even now there is no response nor delivery from their side. I am quite disappointed. they should consider the fact that we are not begging for their favour, we have paid the service fee and we have the right to receive their service and it is their duty to serve us most favourably.
