The Sales experience was average. The delivery of the new vehicle was more like a routine than a thrilling experience.nThe Sales Team is expected to explain operation of a features but did not happen. There was no Delivery Checklist with all small points to be explained.nnThey promised free floor mats and after sales, they say it not in stock. Even after weeks, no intention to keep their promises.nnNeed to improve in customer service skills

Worst service i have ever done....

Worst experience.....The showroom sales executives never give any interest in providing me with test-drive of Tata Altroz. They always postpone and reschedule the date on their own interest. This is the 3rd time they failed to provide the test drive and they asking baseless excuses. Hell is your dealing with customers.

I had done 3 services at muvatpuzh branch, I never suggest Muvatpuzh branch fo the service.nnThey totally failure in customer management and services.
