Hotel Ambience

Edit: Review was given when property is a bit new. But on my next visit the property was not well maintained.nnClean rooms, polite staff, great deal from goibibo, food was a bit costly but worth trying as it was tasty. Good inhouse service. Wanted to give 4.5 because i had some issues with the AC but the hotel staff was quick to respond to it and too much furniture movement noise was coming in night for around 35-40 minutes from the upper floor, may be restaurant or Bar is there and they were cleaning it. Overall, a good stay.

Hotel Ambience is very good. The staff over there is very cooperative.nBasic facilities are good.nExtra bedding is also very good.nFood and snacks are tasty.nI recommend this hotel over any 4 star hotel.nWhy to pay more when u get same facilities in less Amount.

Good food but rooms were Okayish. Cordial staff. No 24 hour food service

Hygienic and courteous.nNice hotel for family stay. Very near to Railway station.

This is the most worst hotel of gwalior management dealing in this hotel is totally fraud never organise any party in this hotel they have very worst service staff no etiquette in their staff they are thugs of gwalior batate kuchh hai charge kuchh or karte hai 5 to 6 thausand ki coast ke 12000 le liye chor hai ye log
