Very bad experience I had ever

From the day we visited the showroom to just a view of the car on 30 Nov.2020 to the date when we got the number plate placed today (13 jan) the entire team Smart city gave a fantastic service. My Special thanks to Mr. Pranav, Mr. Yash and Ms. Pallavi for their dedication and expertise customer relationship.

Like every company owned service center, they try to sell you more and more services, most of which won't be applicable to your situation and vehicle. They always try to sell me alignment fixing service but it always clears our during test.nnThey don't wash and clean the car properly, especially interior, even if you pay separately for interior cleaning.nnI try to avoid them whenever possible and only go when company parts are not available elsewhere.

They are honda car dealers. They failed to keep the commitment. Booked a honda amaze vmt petrol on 20/11/2020. Dealer failed to keep commitment of supplying on 10/12/2020. Had to cancel. Suggest to other dealers.
