Greg Luke is such a wonderful technician. He's patient, communicative, professional and the job was done so fast. I worried about the expense for having my plumber come just to unclog the kitchen sink, but the truth is, we need a sink that works, and I knew he would have it done fast and done well. And then he gave us a 15% discount because he didn't need the big machinery to do it... I know that's money out of his pocket and the company - but it is a gesture that really won my loyalty even on small things like this. There's an integrity to that, right?
Excellent company and staff! They did an amazing job at replacing our AC unit upstairs. They worked hard all day and cleaned up before they left. High recommend this company.
Our kitchen sink was leaking underneath and we couldn’t use it. I entered information for an appointment online on the Nebraska website, they called right away, he showed up on time the same day, and the technician was awesome. Greg made the work look easy and the whole process was really simple. I highly recommend these folks.
