Bob Means Plumbing

Bob installed an upstairs tub in our home to include the plumbing, rough-in valve and aligning the drain. The quality of his work was outstanding, and the price was more than fair. Very professional, highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

Bob Means was the third quote I requested on a job, the others got back to me in 24 - 48 hours. 2-3 weeks later I still haven't heard from Bob Means.

Last year, I had them perform some minor under-sink valve and pipe replacements. Since then, my water heater needed replaced. After making the decision to go with a tankless system, we also decided to install a water softener - to protect the investment. and the rest of our plumbing. Chris worked with me on the estimates; he was very polite, knowledgeable, and laid back - no sales pressure.nnBob Means was the actual installer. He is a genuine pro. He is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. His craftsmanship is impeccable. And, he cleaned up afterwards. We got lucky picking his firm last year (from a Google search); and now I know where to go for my plumbing needs.

He saw I was in need and, despite needing to be at a meeting in 10 minutes, took the time to help me out and find me a service to unlock my vehicle.nnHe was polite, kind, and left only once he was sure someone was on their way to help me.nnI cannot speak for his services as a plumber, but as a human I rate him 5 stars. years ago used a different plumber to do some bathroom work in my house, badddd experience, sloppy work and tacked on additional cost once the job was done. I was recommended to bob means plumbing, but you never know what to expect. I can say I was pleasantly surprised. The plumber took 4 hours to resolve my issue, but i was billed the actual estimate. I really expected to be billed more but bob means kept to the estimate....thanks
