On Friday February 5th 2021 Chris arrived to assist in our hot water tank issue. I can't say enough aboutnChris and the service provided. It was a few days of rescheduling of our appointment but we canncertainly, understand in these cold months that emergencies happen and take precedence, as wellnif it was our home under emergency, I know that you would be here right away so everyone needs to know thatnyou do prioritize based on those in most serious conditions. It is always a challenge when you relocate to find tradespeople who believe in great service, quality work and reasonable pricing. After moving in to my new home I had a sump pump problem on a weekend and during the current pandemic. I cannot overstate how relieved I was when Kevin answered the phone and told me someone would be out shortly to help. In no time my problem was resolved. The work was great and the price was very fair. I was so impressed that when I wanted a new water softener I knew right where to go. And again, Kevin quoted me a fair price, got the new equipment, installed it in a very professional, clean, and neat way. Kevin is the guy I will be calling when I need other plumbing related services. No need to ever go anywhere else.
