BDP is the most professional plumbing company that I've ever used. The service is extremely easy to schedule and their service technicians are top quality. They leave my house cleaner than they found it. I would recommend them to anyone in the Sparta area.
We have had them come in and replace our boiler which they went over several options with us and we went with the best option. We save money on our oil and it is quiet. We also had them come in and replace our water softener and it works better than our last one which was from a different company. When we had a back up in our pipes they were quick to come out and fix our issues. I would highly recommend BDP Plumbing. Great customer service and top notch plumbers.
I have used BDP twice now and I’m very happy with their service. JT and Brandon were both phenomenal on their respective visits. Super professional and did quality work. I was also very impressed with the office staff, who made the process super efficient from start to finish. Very happy to have a reliable plumbing and heating service so close by!
We had a laundry list of items to repair including sump pump, hot water and furnace related items and a leak. Guys were very professional, clearly communicated what was needed & executed efficiently! I would highly recommend. (& keeping with the times very safe & followed health guidelines)
Brandon & Dominic came out in an emergency situation for what we originally thought was a frozen heating oil line due to overnight cold temperatures. Having a toddler in the house, this needed to be addressed instantly. We called at 10am and they were here by noon. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue which ended up being clogged lines and a faulty pump. This isn’t the first time we used their service and it won’t be the last. Very professional, pleasant and thorough. We will definitely recommend their excellent service to others. Thanks again guys!
