The store is good and easy to hand over the cars. The support of the staff is quite good. The place seems just adequate but the handling of the cars is quite well...

Service not up to the mark. Slow service, lack of hospitality, poor cleanliness there was dust everywhere, they even dont have proper delivery area

We have Swift Vxi 2018 model, which has sensors all along for speed sensing door lock, doors, Abs, Central Locking, Fuel Indicator.nThis car was standstill for long time and became house of Mice.nNow its there house so they nibbled all the wiring.nnWiring was repaired in Balaghat as this vehicle was purchased from balaghat so we preferred first to visit there, after all the wiring work sensor of door lock was still not working.nnMechanic given whole day to connect all the wiring in balaghat but couldn't able to figure out the cause why door lock and boot space sensor was not working.nnI came to gondia they figured out the cause in 5mins.n(It was a tiny Fuse which blown due to short circuit).nThanks to my contact persons Akaram & Prakash for speeding work.nThanks to dedicated and experienced computer technician (don't know the name) who figured out the causenand thanks Nikhil for Smooth billing.nThank you Arya cars for resolving the issue.nnHoping, the service will remain best in this area in future as well.

The atmosphere was not very welcoming and also the site was under construction so it wasn't easy accessible.
