Inderjit Motors has very poor service and willingness to call back. I had visited the showroom on Thursday in order to book the Harrier XZ diesel Manual test drive, the girl took my details and confirmed the same for Saturday 2:30 p.m. I kept waiting and calling & texting at the no. provided +918291891470, but none answered / replied or turned up. I eventually gave up and visited the showroom again on Sunday, another lady called Sujata attended to me and her explanation was they didn't have a manual diesel variant for test driving. When I asked why didn't anyone call or revert or inform, their simple answer was we were busy with other customers, apparently 75 of them!!nnI had to call Puneet Motors which is much farther from my home, they couldn't provide a test drive immediately, but at least they attended me fairly.nnInderjit Motors is simply not carrying forward the TATA badging when it comes to customer care, hospitality, attending with sincerity. They must change this immediately or perish like other such predecessors. TATA motors on the other hand, need a better partner / dealer.

The service given by Inderjit Motors is simply good. The staffs are extremely helpful and kind. Would love to share my experience with the Sales Executive Sujata.. She is prompt and enthusiastic in her service. She keeps up to her promise and goes beyond her boundaries to help her customers.. She ensures to keep her customers happy and keep up relationship even after sale service... Sujata thanks a lot.. ud83dude03
