Good showroom, Interactive Staff. Good test ride experience.nnBad parking space, don't go here using your own car, non cooperating security guard. (Had asked the security to keep a look at our car till we check kia cars, was told he can't ). All accessories may not be available at the showroom as against showrooms at other locations.

Over promise and under deliver correctly summarises the experience.nnI was assured delivery by 15th to 20th Feb and I have made plans according to it. Well, it is almost end of Feb but still not received any confirmed delivery dates.nnI can completely understand the delay due to supply issues but the real issue is communication. While booking they will say yes to whichever delivery date you have in mind and post that they never call up to inform on the expected delay.nnI was constantly following up (I haven't followed up this much in my life) but still no proper communication from them.nnHowever, coming to good parts and the reason for 3 stars are best test drive experience, patiently answering queries while booking, hospitality, and location.nnI'll update this review once I get the actual delivery so others can estimate the correct waiting time.nn-----------------------------------nUpdate:nI got delivery after 4 months from date of booking. Model was Sonet HTX White. The official waiting time which is stamped while booking is more accurate compared what is said by salesperson otherwise. Jitendra Mahida is the right person to contact for accurate updates on allocation and delivery.
