Hello All. This is to inform you that we have purchased Renault Kwid climber on at one year still now there was lot many problems we are facing...Main problem is fuel mileage is very worst not even 15per litre and lot different noises. Also as of now two times we did services in the same showroom where we brought the car every time from show room they saying very cool make it to solve the issue only on that time but still there is no permanent solution for this. Also I never seen such worst showroom and service in the India.. Even last time we called one issue unable to start the car and display also not powering on and we are stuck in the middle of the car and we called to the customer care they simply we can't do anything.. I need to raise this severe case to top level management.. Dear customers it's was happened to my friend circle also. Please e aware on this..Not even a single star is sufficient for this..

Mathan, Advisor of Khivraj Pearl Puducherry is exceptionally good. Only because of him I give the star rating. He helped me to get my post accident damages of my Duster rectified. But there is a scope for development in Services.

The dealing with customers are good. They talk in a very friendly way. They are transparent in terms of offers. Case in point, Sales Manager Mr. Kamala Kannan. Please ask for him while you visit the showroom.. A very down to earth person,
