Hygiene in the kitchen is QUESTIONABLE ; same CUTLERY used to butter the bread toast and cutting the onion & salads. Despite numerous COMPLAINT ! UN HYGIENIC TREND IS NOT HEEDED BY THE KITCHEN STAFF OR THE MANAGER. I HAVE INVESTED MY MONEY TO BUY A TOASTER ; RATHER THAN BE BEDRIDDEN BY TYPHOID❗nGOOD RIDDANCE *hot bread*
We went around the time when they closed the shop for that day... we peeped in to confirm whether the shop is closed for the day or not... The shop keeper was kind enough to allow us to sit for over 30 mins and provided was what we ordered... Always a pleasant experience
Worst service..you are running shop only for customers...The way they respond for customers is pathetic, they use mobile phone and take orders without listening what we order.. yesterday i bought sweet bread but when i came home and opened it was a salt bread so disappointed...worst!!
The staff in Hot Breads at Pondy were so kind and their service mindset is appreciable.
They don't make crossiants... But call them crossaints
