Action Plumbing took care of me. We initially had them to come out to fix and diagnose some backing up issues and leaks. They were able to diagnose our issue with our sewer line and show me where the repairs needed to be made.nIn addition, they were able to point our some other needed upgrades and improvements that will prevent future problems, extend the life of my utilities and limit future expense. I felt that they were thorough in looking out for the plumbing in my house.nUltimately, I chose to go with Action because I believed them when they told me that they would take care of me and that I would be happy with their work. They backed up the talk. We had some leaking in a couple repair areas the following day and they sent a crew right back out to take care of things and make sure we were taken care of.nI strongly recommend them for their value and work.

We called Action Plumbing for the first time to tackle a few issues we were experiencing. They scheduled us promptly, and followed up with great communication. Roland arrived as scheduled -- we instantly appreciated his demeanor, listening carefully to our concerns, asking good questions, and provided us a quote to complete the work that same afternoon. He did so quietly and thoughtfully, and it turned out great. We had a small issue on the heels on the work completion (a drain gurgling) which he promptly cam out to address at no charge after our call. Thank you!

This place is AMAZING! Our AC went out last night and other places we called weren't going to be able to come out until Monday! Keep in mind it's Thursday and it's August and it's hot! I called Action and they were able to see us same day! Not only that Colby their technician was fast and amazing and even walked to our house to fix our AC because his vehicle got a flat tire. Who does that?! Unreal customer service. This guy deserves a metal in Customer Service and we'll forever be calling them for any of our Plumbing, Heating, Air or Electric.

We have used Action plumbing for at least 10 years. 4 years ago purchased a ac an 95%furnace combo and paid for the extended warranty unit cost over 9800 dollars for a home of 1900 square feet. When we purchased the furnace and AC we were told this covers us for anything that happens for the next 10 years and we would have no worries. With the warranty this was to cover all tune ups. However ever time we have a tune up we have the technicians telling us we have to make more repairs. This last time I need to make over 680 dollars in repairs to the AC unit that we have only used for 3 summers. When I called to ask why we were being charged I was told to talk to the technician. The technician told me to talk to the office. And the office referred me to talk to a supervisor. And took him 24 hours to get back to me. Jake was extremely rude and threatening about us needing to get the repairs or we would not have a warranty on the AC or furnace unit. I asked him to talk to my husband so he could explain it to him, where he told me that he would call. But he could completely guarantee that at 100% that if I do not get the 700 service done that I would have no warranty on my furnace and AC units and talking to him would change nothing. How extremely rude this was to say. Jake I wanted you to talk to him cause I do not understand these things. Why pay for an extended warranty if they are not going to explain that every 4 years I am going to put out another 700 dollars. Your customer service has been extremely poor, and your responses have been very rude. If I could get a refund on the expensive warranty I would as I wish I could have a different company coming to do the tune ups. I am afraid to have you technicians coming to the house with more out of pocket costs on a warranty that does not cover us they way we were told it would. Buyer beware. Action just wants the sales, is rude, and does not stand behind what they promise you read your contracts very carefully.

I just bought my house in February 2020. The previous owners moved across the Country prior to my purchase and I was unable to have quite a few useful details/questions about the house and appliances answered. One of the bathroom toilets was continuously running water and the parts in the tank of the toilet were so old, I didn't trust anyone but a professional to fix it. Derek Derbridge was called to my house and was prompt, communicative, personable and even took the time to answer a few additional questions I had about the house and plumbing. He quickly repaired my toilet and was kind enough to provide details and visually show me what and why he was changing out different parts. I am so grateful for Derek's excellent customer service and will DEFINITELY use Action Plumbing Heating Air & Electric for any future needs.
