I don't know about other reliance smart stores but SRd store has shown it's standard to be Zero. They play with customer orders and whether orders will be processed or not is in decision as per the pleasure of managers and they don't want to deliver. Such a malice content ppl in their hearts. Literally I have ordered multiple times and have to beg for orders which were already prepaid. Why should I beg you to get my orders, are you not employed to perform your work. How impractical or uncalculated move my jio mart. It's a Shame.

Some times it is we can get good deals. I have purchased Hershey's Milk Shake strawberry Flavor when I opened the milk shake was not in liquid state it is in precipitated state I informed the store manager and he replaced with new one and further suggested me that if this also damaged please let us know so that we can stop this product to our store. All the story happened in October but now again on 08-12-2017 we have purchased 4 milk shakes out of two are vanilla flavor is good but again the Hershey's milkshake is in the precipitated form. The store numbers are switched off from a day.....How the customers can contact the store manager...terrible. I decide to meet the manager today..let see.
